The Village HOA, Inc. is a South Carolina non-profit corporation which is the Homeowners Association for the Village and all its individual neighborhoods, which will each be defined as Special Purpose Areas under the Restrictive Covenants. 

 

Each member will pay its share of common area expenses of the overall Association Common Area, and each member will pay its share of expenses for each Special Purpose Area, being that individual neighborhood’s own expenses. 

 

JBH Management, Ltd. Co. is the HOA Manager and is located at 214 W. Liberty Street, Sumter, SC, 29150.  The JBH website is www.HOAofSC.com, and will contain covenants, bylaws, regulations, and an online payment portal for use by the members.   You can access that website at this link.
